A$99 is the current starting price for one 6–8 second vertical product film, one product, one agreed creative direction, music and basic captions, one revision, a watermarked preview and a clean commercial final after payment.

The final total, including any applicable GST and unavoidable fees, is confirmed in writing before production. Additional concepts, formats, revisions or services are quoted separately.

Production begins only after Vela Motion and the client confirm the scope, price, timing, asset permissions, approved product claims and creative direction in writing.

The client confirms that it owns, licenses or otherwise has permission to provide and authorise use of all supplied logos, product images, footage, music, claims and other materials. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of product, performance and regulatory claims.

Vela Motion uses human creative direction with AI-assisted production. Generated motion, texture, people or product details can contain visual variation. The agreed review process is used to identify material problems before final approval.

The included revision is one consolidated round of changes within the approved direction. A new concept, substantial change of direction, replacement of approved assets or additional format is outside the initial scope and may require a new quote.

A watermarked preview is supplied for review. The clean final is released after the payment terms in the written quote are satisfied. Project timing, cancellation treatment and any refund terms are confirmed before production because they depend on the agreed scope and work already completed.

The client receives the usage rights stated in the written quote after full payment. Drafts, rejected generations, project files and production methods are not included unless stated in writing. Vela Motion will not publish or present client work as a case study without approval.
