This page explains what information Vela Motion may receive when you enquire about or commission a product film, and how that information is used.
What we collect
We may receive your name, email address, business and website details, product brief, approved product assets, product claims, visual references, project feedback and correspondence.
This website currently uses email links rather than an enquiry form. It does not ask for account, password or payment-card information.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and assess project fit;
- to prepare a scope, quote and creative direction;
- to produce, review and deliver an approved project;
- to keep necessary project, permission and payment records; and
- to protect the rights and security of Vela Motion and its clients.
Production tools
Approved project information or assets may be processed by production, cloud-storage, communication or AI service providers where reasonably necessary to complete the agreed work. Some providers may process data outside your country.
Vela Motion will not place client-specific brand assets into a production workflow before written permission and an agreed scope.
Sharing and promotion
We do not sell personal information. We do not publish client work, use it as a case study or reuse client brand assets for promotion without approval.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, legal or accounting record. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or ask us not to send further marketing messages.
